  • We endeavor to present at all times the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website; however, product descriptions and any imagery available are representations of the product.  Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, transit times, and availability affects your individual order.  We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.  SWADOH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  By submitting payment, you are acknowledging you have read & agree to our Terms & Conditions listed on our website: https://www.swadoh.com/terms-conditions

  • SWADOH retains copyright and ownership of all quotations, designs, drawings, plans, imagery, and brand related marketing concerning SWADOH that is available on the website. Other product or company names referred to on the website may be trademarks of their respective owners. It is not permissible to reproduce, publish, display, modify, sell, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission of SWADOH, LLC. Should you choose to download, copy, or forward any site materials via email, no right, title, or interest in those materials will be transferred to you.

    All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

  • Submission of personal information through the SWADOH systems will remain confidential and not be sold to a third party.

  • Each light is handcrafted and remains a unique model.  SWADOH proudly presents fixtures made by hand with the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.  Occasional variations in shape, size, and/or finish may occur due to the handmade quality.

  • All products comply with UL standards and a Certificate of Authenticity is included with every purchase honoring each creator’s handcrafted fabrication and design.

  • Our lead times can vary depending upon the production schedule and upon quantities and level of customization of a given order. All ship dates are estimates only and subject to change. Made to order items have a standard lead time that varies between twelve (12) to fifteen (15) weeks. When a product is in stock, the lead time may be shortened to six (6) to eight (8) weeks.

  • Due to the bespoke nature of SWADOH products, all sales are final.  However, SWADOH offers a two (2) year warranty that covers damage to the electrical components of the fixture.  We reserve the right to determine whether replacement of these components is appropriate.  Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this warranty entirely.  Incorrect installation or failure to follow our care instructions will void this warranty entirely.  This warranty does not cover damages from weathering, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

  • The net pricing of SWADOH fixtures is subject to change without prior notice. All fixtures are invoiced at the price that is in effect at the time the order is received. Pricing for written quotations, including those for custom projects, is honored for thirty (30) days from the date of quotation, regardless of a subsequent pricing change.

  • In circumstances where the light fixture is not installed immediately upon receipt, it is very important that the storage recommendations are carefully followed.  Poor storage conditions may result in damage to the fixture and are not subject to claims.

  • SWADOH ships all orders with a signature required to ensure proof of delivery.

    Please inspect purchases immediately upon receipt to ensure that no damages or deficiencies have occurred while the order was in transit.If any are found, please contact us at bonjour@swadoh.com within three (3) business days to document and report the claim.  Claims for damage during transit will not be honored after three (3) business days of receipt.

    All packaging must be retained by the Client with photo documentation of damages.

  • SWADOH does not accept responsibility or liability for project site conditions or preparation, sealing or refinishing, or defective or improper installation work. 

     It is the responsibility of the Client to determine that site conditions are suitable to receive the fixtures ordered. This includes electrical junction boxes.

  • All fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician.  Gloves should always be worn when handling the fixtures as fingerprints will tarnish the surface over time. Any additional hardware required to run the fixtures is the responsibility of an electrician or licensed installer. 

    SWADOH is not responsible or liable for damage due to misuse, faulty installation, exposure to weather or other corrosive elements, improper use of light bulbs, incidental or consequential damages, improper cleaning and maintenance, and normal wear and tear. 

  • SWADOH reserves the right to review and adjust the prices of our products/services periodically. These adjustments are necessary to account for changes in market conditions, inflation, operating costs, and other relevant factors.

    Such notifications will be communicated through email, and the updated prices will be reflected in your billing cycle following the effective date of the change. We encourage you to review our pricing and policies regularly to stay informed about any changes.
